Ausdauerkraft GmbH (hereinafter: “Ausdauerkraft”) manages the personal data that you provide by using our website. Ausdauerkraft collects the least amount of personal data and uses it solely for the purpose for which it was collected and about which you have been informed. It also does not share the data with third parties without informing you and asking for your consent. Ausdauerkraft always tries to process and store your data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by a contract or applicable law.

Ausdauerkraft cannot have any effect on the shortcomings of third party services which are necessary for this website’s functionality. Upon your request, Ausdauerkraft will inform you about the way in which your personal data are being processed. If you personal data are incorrect, they will be rectified upon your request. In that case, as well as in other cases envisaged by the relevant legislature, you may request the processing to be limited. Our Personal Data Protection Officer will examine all your inquiries and try to answer them, if possible, within 30 days, provided that your request has a legal basis. The dynamics of the response depends on the nature of your inquiry and the amount and nature of other potential inquiries. In case of unreasonable, overly detailed, too frequent, and in other ways unjustifiably difficult requests, Ausdauerkraft maintains the right to charge you a reasonable fee for answering your inquiry. In the most extreme situations, Ausdauerkraft will refuse to respond to your inquiry.
