Ausdauerkraft GmbH (hereinafter: “Ausdauerkraft”) manages the personal data that you provide by using our website. Our Personal Data Protection Officer will examine all your inquiries and try to answer them, if possible, within 30 days, provided that your request has a legal basis. The dynamics of the response depends on the nature of your inquiry and the amount and nature of other potential inquiries. In case of unreasonable, overly detailed, too frequent, and in other ways unjustifiably difficult requests, Ausdauerkraft maintains the right to charge you a reasonable fee for answering your inquiry.
